How to get from Lanzarote to La Graciosa

Bus, taxi, private transfer or car hire are the options to reach the port of Órzola, located in the north of the island of Lanzarote, from where the ferries depart to the island of La Graciosa.

At Líneas Romero, customers are offered a transfer service from Lanzarote airport so that they can easily reach La Graciosa. In addition, there is a comfortable fleet of ferries with frequent departures every day, with a journey time of approximately 30 minutes.

This is the fastest way to get to the town of Órzola. It takes just 45 minutes to cover the 42 km distance. The price per journey is around 50 euros.

Renting a car at the airport from one of the companies that operate on the island is simple. You can’t take your car on the boat to the island of La Graciosa, so once on Órzola you’ll have to leave it parked in one of the free car parks.

Lanzarote airport is connected to the bus station in Arrecife by bus number 22 (Monday to Friday) or 23 (weekends). Once at the bus station (interchange) take bus number 9 Arrecife-Orzola, which will take you to Órzola.

From the bus station in Arrecife there are 5 buses a day to Órzola. It takes about an hour to get to Órzola, which is the last stop on the journey, to catch the boat to La Graciosa.

The arrival of buses to Órzola is always connected with the departure of a boat to the island. Tickets are bought on the bus itself, and cost around 4 euros each way.
