Boat Rides in La Graciosa

Enjoy boat rides in La Graciosa

On the island of La Graciosa it is not only possible to explore by bike, 4×4 or on foot along its hiking trails, the beauty of the colour of its waters can also be witnessed on a boat.

Both from Lanzarote and Caleta de Sebo it is possible to go on boat trips around La Graciosa that sail the coast visiting mainly the southern area, as it is the area of the island where the sea is calmest. On this boat trip you can see the islets that form the Chinijo Archipelago, Montaña Clara, Alegranza, and Roque del Inferno, as well as Montaña Amarilla and Playa de La Cocina.

If you are in Lanzarote the companies that organize the trips often charge to pick customers up from their own hotels and take them to Orzola from where you take the boat to La Graciosa enjoying the panoramic views of the north coast of Lanzarote on the way.

Once you arrive at the port you have time in Caleta de Sebo to get to know the town, take a walk through its sandy streets, or simply enjoy the port atmosphere by having an appertif at one of its terraces, getting back on board at midday, this time in a modern catamaran to sail around the coast.

You have lunch on the boat while anchored at La Playa de Las Francesa, so that you can get off after lunch and do some aquatic activities on the beach like snorkeling or kayaking. Or if not sunbathe and take a dip in the crystal-clear waters.

It is a six-hour day in La Graciosa where you discover part of the island from a different viewpoint: the coast.
